Ambivillains – Intergalactic Transfer Students

“Intergalactic Transfer Students” is the second release from Ambivillains. It is a concept album, start to finish, that’s been roughly two years in the making.  In a world where careless and uncreative rap jargon has hit its critical peak, words begin taking literal form.  When rappers say “I spit fire” and “I drop bombs” they actually do, and it’s causing Armageddon. Virtue and Papa Bakes blast off into uncharted space on a journey to find something that can help them defeat the Whack Emcees and Suits. Will they be able to save the world from a nuclear holocaust of negativity?

WARNING: THIS ALBUM SHOULD BE EXPERIENCED IN ORDER.

So get comfortable, spark up some… candles… and enjoy.

The album has also been transformed into a live performance.  “ITS” is a ground-breaking hybrid between a hip-hop concert, dance show, and performance art, and it is being performed live at the Calderwood Pavilion in Boston, February 4th, 5th, and 6th, at 8:30pm.  If you already missed it, keep your eyes peeled for the DVD.

   No comments?? here let me disrupt the silence. This album has been on repeat for the last 3 days. Its glorious well any story about two dudes flyin through space and a couple dinosaurs sprinkled in is awesome. Two thumbs up!
